Why do you charge a handling fee on my orders, and how much is it?

We charge a 5% handling fee on all orders. This fee is calculated as 5% of the total order amount and covers the costs associated with packaging, administration, and other related expenses. The handling fee will be added during the checkout process, and you will see the final amount, including this fee, before completing your purchase.

What does it mean when the order status changes to "fulfilled," and when will I receive a tracking number?

When the status of your order changes to "fulfilled" in our system, it means that your order has been processed and the product is guaranteed to be shipped. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive another email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email within that time frame, please feel free to contact us!

What should I do if I can't find my package in the tracking system?

Since most of our products come from foreign warehouses, they often pass through multiple logistics companies. As a result, you may not receive notifications about the tracking numbers. You will only receive the tracking number that will be used by the courier service delivering to your country. Once the package arrives in your country, you will be able to see its current status in the courier's system. Please keep an eye on the provided tracking number, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions!

Do you have a physical store where I can purchase products in person?

Currently, we only operate as an online webshop, but we are working towards opening physical stores in the future. In the meantime, enjoy the convenience and speed of online shopping!
